I can’t verify my purchase code.

I have tried my Envato username, 7uptheme support username, my email address.

it just doesn’t work, no response upon clicking “Save Changes”.

I even tried it in Safari, Chrome, not working

I I have donwload the license certiciate and get the purchase code from WordPress Themes & Website Templates from ThemeForest

the theme need me to activate the theme to enable premium features. it need me to input “Your Envato username” and purchase code… but it doesn’t work
