Best option is to ask the author
Purchase code seems wrong. Double check if you’re entering the correct one.
On your download page (this should be quite clear to you) there is a list of themes/scripts/downloads that you have bought and paid for. If you cannot find this then you need to be sure you bought a theme through the Envato Marketplace.
Beside every download there is an a Download button (similar to the image shown below)
You need to choose the dropdown, and save the licence certificate & purchase code (text) and that should give you the Item Purchase Code which doesn’t look anything like your one
