cant activate the product in wordpress

i followed the steps that are recurred but stil it want activate my motors theme in wordpress

the message i get up is

Please make sure you have purchased this theme with the account you registered current token

the site is under construction but the adress is http://www.buyme.no

plz help some one

tryed every thing. it whant registrate token and says tokens is wrong

Open a Help Ticket they would like to assist you.

Create a new token at https://build.envato.com/my-apps/ and make sure you have all necessary permissions enabled. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account.

i solved the problem. it was only my web server needed a outgoing connection who was block.
soon as i whitelisted it worked :slight_smile: feeling stupied
