I post multiple times per week. I uploaded a new video 3 days ago and got 4 copyright claims from the songs I used from Envato. It’s already bad enough that I have to manually request the removal of the copyright claim by creating a license for every song for every project, but now this is causing delays in my posting schedule. I post 2-3 times per week usually and can’t wait this long for claims to be released.
This is not a good customer experience and if this is the way of working here, I’ll have to look for another solution.
Ok, I read there are a lot of issues with this provider Elite Alliance on this forum. It seems a lot of the time they don’t release claims and people’s adsense money gets claimed.
It also seems Envato has no way of whitelisting channels like some other music providers do, so that means I would have to manually release 20-50 content ID claims per week, which is a bit ridiculous.
I’ll go back to my previous solution for music, which requires 0 work from my side because they just register my channel on their platform.

From what I gathered from the forums, when they don’t release a claim, there usually is a reason. Either the license provided was not valid (when it’s already been used before for instance), or that the use does not respect the license’s terms (a video whose primary value is the music for instance).
If it’s just that they’re taking to much time to clear the claims, you can ask the author to help you speed up the process.
I see you chiming in with the same replies in a lot of similar topics, yet so many people explain they are respecting the license’s terms and have a valid license for the specific video and still have this issue. Do you ever wonder that there actually might be something up when there are dozens of these posts?
I have never used Envato music before (probably won’t again), I have a valid license and it’s not a music video.
I don’t understand why Envato can’t use a whitelist system like many other music providers. I have another provider I use and I just link my Youtube channel in my account and I’ve never gotten a claim in 5 years.
Just got a reply that they’ve reviewed the content ID claim and refused to remove it, so it stays… How weird is this. Definitely never going to use Envato again.
