How can I know why my item was reject?
The email talk about “our quality requirements”
but the article is too much generic.
- Be useful to customers

Not include any potentially offensive content (eg. violent, sexual or otherwise offensive content)

Not be compressed to the point where the aesthetic quality suffers

Not include your logo, URL, or watermark (you may include information about your services in an attached help text file)
- Be well constructed
- Be as compatible as possible
- Be easy to customize
now if I know exactly the problem I’ll probably fix it.

If hard rejected, this means that the Quality team has determined that the item is not suitable for sale on Envato. This can be for a number of reasons but generally, it means that the item is not at the quality level required or it has breached legal content guidelines.

that is the problem.
It’s not clear the reason(s) why it was reject and is not possible to do randomly fix.

Unfortunately, Envato Quality and Help Teams are not able to provide feedback/critique or advice for Hard Rejected items. If you need feedback you can share the demo url here to get feedback from your fellow authors.
Hard rejected means your item doesn’t meet the quality. The author received Hard rejections not for the issues which they can fix.
