Item Preview Links Not Loading from My Website

Hello,

I am facing an issue with ThemeForest item previews.

When I embed or open ThemeForest item preview links (like https://preview.themeforest.net/item/jobi-job-board-freelance-market-elementor-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/51099766) through my own website, the previews do not load.

I have already checked with my hosting provider, and they confirmed that this is not related to the server or hosting. They advised me to contact you.

Could you please check why ThemeForest item previews are being blocked or not loading when accessed through an embedded link/iframe from my site?
Is there any restriction or policy regarding preview URLs that I need to follow?

This error is from your hosting provider, not Envato.

Once I access that preview link, your hosting blocks me from direct link too.

Contact your hosting, they should fix this.

@spider-themes the 403 error is not on your main URL, so it is because you don’t have files uploaded in that directory - or not an index file anyway.

Anyone, please tell me what the IP address of
preview.themeforest.net

My hosting provider asks me:
“Would you please provide us with the IP of preview.themeforest.net, so we can whitelist on our server.”

What is the ACTUAL URL to your actual preview pages?
It should be something like mywebsite.com - This website is for sale! - mywebsite Resources and Information.

And inside that folder would be the files including index.html or index.php
