Is there a purchase code for WordPress themes on Envato Elements?

Hello

I’ve downloaded a WordPress theme from elements and it is asking for a purchase code, the video showing how to access purchase code shows the themeforest website and doesn’t show how to retreive it on elements! How do I now use this product?

Elements does not need purchase codes. You can just ignore any message to enter a code. If the item will not work without a code, please let our support team know and they will contact the author -
