I cannot use the theme i donwloaded because I can’t find the purchase code

Hi mattrtc,

Elements does not need purchase codes. You can just ignore any message to enter a code.

Activation is only necessary for support and updates which download copies do not include

If the item will not work without a code, please let our support team know and they will contact the author -

Hi this is the ativo theme and it’s not just elements but rather wordpress theme. May i know if this makes any difference? thank you!

Depends where you got it -

Themeforest = theme, purchase codes, support and updates

Envato Elements = theme only
