Hello, i have an exclusive account on AJ, can i register non-exclusive account? I Heard that new accounts are closed for new authors but what about those, who have an account on AJ?
it is really that hard question that nobody can help?
@Aleckxstar
Go to the settings tab then exclusivity of your items. Then click on Change your exclusivity agreement. From there you can change it.
i want to save my exclusive account and also have the ability to sell on non exclusive account, i suppose that it’s not how it works
No, that’s not possible.
It’s one or the other!
Are you sure? Has something changed?
Help FAQ still says you can have both exclusive and non-ex accounts.
Yes, but his question is:
Open a new account!?
Thank you for this clarification.
where did you find that, can you show the link?
“As an author on Envato, you have the choice to offer your items on an exclusive OR non-exclusive basis with Envato.”
not both
You can have two accounts: one exclusive and one non-exclusive. An author can have a maximum of two accounts, and the exclusivity applies to the account, not the author. This means that all items in your exclusive account should only be sold on Envato, while items in your non-exclusive account can be sold on other platforms as well.
Hi all. It looks like there are a few different aspects to this:
- Envato Authors (all marketplaces) are limited to a maximum of two accounts; one Exclusive and one Non-Exclusive.
- It’s not currently possible to open new AudioJungle Author accounts, as we closed the new account process for AJ back in 2021.
You can change the Exclusive / Non-Exclusive status of any existing accounts as normal, but you can’t open new accounts for AudioJungle. That includes opening new accounts intended for use with a different exclusivity setting to your primary account.
