Hi everyone! I already have my account on Audiojungle with several approved tracks, but i also wanted to create non-exclusive account and start to upload. When the restriction for “new authors” will be lifted?

I think you should contact staff. Maybe it doesn’t count as a new author because you’re not new, so they might allow you to have a second account.

I have a similar situation also. Have you contacted support? Did you get any results?
Actually, I think that opening a new author account and opening a second account of an existing registered author should be separate. I guess they can’t provide this with the current structure. Am I wrong ?

Hi! this is the message that Envato staff sent me:
I understand you are already an AudioJungle author already, but unfortunately, at this time AudioJungle is not open for new accounts (including from existing authors).
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but I need to be transparent with you and share that AudioJungle is not opening new accounts after May 24
last year.
We hope that applications will resume soon (yet I cannot provide an expectation regarding this as we do not have information about this happening).
Sorry this may not be what you expected, but trust this adds clarity.
