Invalid Purchase Code

I am using the AIT Themes “Business Finder Theme” purchased through Theme Forest. I had problems with an error Invalid Purchase Code which after numerous tries I managed to correct. Now after a year the problem is back.

I have tried deregistering the purchase code and i get Purchase code not found. I try registering and i get Purchase code already used. But the error Invalid Purchase Code persists.

The matter is now urgent as teh website is now not working as i am getting a Please enter a valid ThemeForest Purchase Code. You can configure it in Theme Options. error.

Why am i getting teh error

The purchase code was not recognized

when trying to reset the registration code using deregister and register functions?

if you are trying for the same end product (website) then it should work. please contact the theme author, they will be able to check it for you. Thanks

Dear mgscoder

I am advised to update by author to update my theme to version 3.1.14 but Theme Forest where I purchased the theme is not providing this release. They only have 3.1.13 for download.

Please ask the author on how to properly update the theme to the latest version.
