[ONE] I need someone to install (a) Karenderia Mobile (b) make it live at Google Play.
[TWO] Modifications of Karenderia template to be as similar as possible to FOODPANDA.COM.
You can’t submit apps to iTunes or Google play which are just a modified version of envato files
So what is the purpose of buying Karenderia Mobile if it cannot be install in Google Play? What I meant by “modifications” is: I just want to change the look of the frontend.
Depending on which Karenderia you are referring to e.g. the restaurant ordering one -
Someone may buy it who owns a restaurant, or who even has their own website managing multiple ones, and so on. there’s numerous reasons why someone would buy it.
**The point is that it is for their own or a one off use NOT to resell and especially not multiple times
With all due respect Google Play etc is marketplace for professional developers - if you are struggling to install the app then how would you support it, updates it, bug fix etc?
Just like with themes and templates on Themeforest - you are not permitted to buy files and resell them on envato or anywhere else without making enough differentiation and changes to make it a different item.
Changing the front end styling is definitely not enough
Have a look at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bXgU5s0XWk
I have bought the Karenderia Script, the Karenderia Mobile Script. I am your customer. Paid customer!
What you meant by:
With all due respect Google Play etc is marketplace for professional developers - if you are struggling to install the app then how would you support it, updates it, bug fix etc?
I can get support, updates etc, because I bought the script.
Selling multiple times? You mean, I have an intention to resell the script? I dont and I wont! I just want to submit the APK file.
Google Play is not just a place for selling apps. As an example, FB apps at Google Play have to be downloaded if you want to browse FB on your smartphone. It is not about selling. It’s about using.
Why you want to go through the trouble of buying a file like that and sharing it if you don’t plan to profit from it some way either via purchase or display ads etc?
It’s your decision but:
19d: "You have bought a "non-exclusive license to use the item"
19e: “the author retains ownership of the item”
Last time I checked you can’t submit files to Google Play if you do not own them.
In fairness to you there are numerous people in the comments on the app which are uploading it to Google Play so clearly is is allowed but it still requires enough changes to make different enough from the original.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ServeQuickRestaurantOrders - it’s not for sale and unusable unless a user has bought the original file on CodeCanyon.
