Installed BeTheme Pre-Built Website, But Header Image Not Appearing

Hello.
Using WordPress I installed a pre-built website from BeTheme. I opted to download all the demo content to later update with my personalized content. Unfortunately, the masthead or header image is not readily visible. WordPress’ tech support seems incapable of assisting. I read through installation instructions, however, nothing seems to address my challenge directly. Any ideas?
