Hello,

I have a question to ask the group.
I have created an online store with Woocommerce and Betheme prebuilt. I wish I could swap out the entire aesthetic with another prebuilt store layout in the same Betheme theme.
It’s possible?
The website has been working for a long time and there are about 1,500 products, plugins, etc.
I would appreciate if you could tell me how to do it and if I would have problems with it.

I am finding it totally impossible to contact them.
I’m registered in Beforum and it won’t let me in, it continually asks me to reset my password. I’ve done it several times and it doesn’t let me either.
How can I contact support to ask for a template change?
