I want to use purchased theme but i can't

This is the theme “Foxiz - WordPress Newspaper News and Magazine by Theme-Ruby | ThemeForest” i am not using this theme for finjatech.com i want to use it on this domain hugewordpress.com. I see this error “Couldn’t activate, This code is already used on the website: finjatech.com” I know i can use this theme for one website so i will use only for one time on hugewordpress.com i don’t need this theme for finjatech.com now please tell me what can i do ?

My support is expired and i don’t want to pay again for support because its my right to use this theme for one domain the theme owner have to remove this error if theme is not used anywhere then it should activate on another domain automatically

if they don’t help then what ? my money will waste or there is any other option ? or i can just report for that ?

They mentioned in the documentation “you need to deactivate theme before reactivate it on a new website” Please open finjatech.com domain and hosting both expired then why this theme is not activate on hugewordpress.com i am trying to active this theme. I have very short time my client giving me stress.

If the domain has expired (and assuming that the author permits you to transfer the end product as it has already been used), then the only person who can deregister the purchase code is the author.

You will need to contact the author (use item comments if your support has expired) and ask for their help.

FYI you have no buyer badge on this account so make sure you are logged in using the account which purchased the theme otherwise the author will not be able to validate the license.
