Deactivating theme on the deleted website

Hello,

I have an issue, please help to resolve it.
First, I bought a WP theme on themeforest. Then I activated on website A. After a long time, I decided to delete entire website A.
Now I have website B, need to active the theme, but got this message:
This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.

How can I deactivate if the old website was deleted
Please help me.

Activation code

The license is for one end product. When you activate the license on a domain, it usually ties with the purchase code. Even if you decide to not to use it or change the domain, you’d need to purchase a new code. Although, some authors are okay to change the license for the new domain but it’s usually authors’ choice. If they ask you to purchase a new code, you’d need to purchase a new one.
