I really hope someone can help me out. I tried making a payment with PayPal for a wp plugin but it said I didn’t have a enough money in my card to complete the payment but I actually made sure i did before i tried making the payment. On checking my card history it shows that the payment to envato with the account was successful but i still don’t have access to download the plugin. Can someone guide me on how to proceed please
If the amount is debited from your account but the transaction is unsuccessful, the money will normally be refunded to your original bank account within 4–5 working days. UPDATE
My bank called me to inform me about the transaction being reversed and the money had been returned to my account.
I went on to trying the payment again and this time it was successful.
