Hi guys, for one thing, on the 18th of july 2016 I do a refund on my paypal account. But until now the money has not appeared on my Envato account. What should I do? Do I have to report to Envato I already have a refund on paypal? sorry if my english is not good. Thanks a lot.
Can you clarify what you mean? What did you buy or what did you sell via Paypal? Was it you or somebody else who requested the refund?
It’s not entirely clear if you bought credits from Envato and then wanted a refund, bought an item with your credit and then got a refund from the author, you issued a refund to somebody, or something else.
Envato sent money to my paypal account.The money is the proceeds from the sale of my songs on Envato. But my paypal is rejected, I want to change the method of payment. Then I do a refund on my paypal account. That means my paypal repaid the money to Envato. But Envato not give the money back to me.
Right, I get you. Envato send the money to your account on the 15th. If that doesn’t work for whatever reason, and the money is returned to your Envato balance… then you have to wait until next month unfortunately, as withdrawals are only processed once a month.
Why did you refund the payment? You should only be able to issue a refund if the money was successfully delivered to your Paypal account. Issuing a refund for that payment could cause problems, as you’re not refunding the money to your Envato account, you’re refunding it to Envato as a whole. That’s probably why it’s not showing up in your account. Hopefully there’s some kind of identifier on the refund so they can confirm it;s come from you. Either way, you should contact support with all the details so they can track down your funds. You’ll have to wait until next month to send them somewhere else though.
