I have submitted the logo files in Illustrator CS (Ai) but not Illustrator 10. I’m not sure if this could cause my logo to be rejected. I 'll be Thankful if anyone can guide me about this please.

Authors have to be careful about it, files need to be as flexible as possible for the customers. So, go for CS6/CS4 when it comes to submitting AI files and Illustrator CC version for EPS files.

So If I 'm going to submit the Ai files it should be in CS4 or CS6 and Same version if I 'm going to submit the EPS files, please. Right?

Almost right, if you’re submitting EPS files then select the ‘Illustrator CC’ version while saving. There will be no technical issues then.

Thanks for your reply. I’d like to ask one thing please. When we save the file in EPS 10 format; the file becomes not editable. Is there any way to save file as EPS 10 and editable, please?

Yes, you save logo like EPS later option choose version list “ilustrator 10 EPS”, if you have any doubt you can read in help envato for authors.
