Hello All,
I need to refund my author’s fee amount. After two month Envato refund author fee. But my author fee not refund any time. I hope you can send me the process of refund author fee. I don’t talk withdraw my current earnings. I talk author fee topic. I just asking all envato refund author fee amount or not.

  3. Why would they refund your author fees? These are fees for selling here.
  4. If you refunded one of your customers, you will not see a refund in there. You must select “Author fee refund”, like this:
