I keep trying to submit items but the get rejected

Hi, guys… I am new to the forum, but not new to GraphicRiver.

I want to start selling logos and I tried to submit two of them already.
Both of them got hard rejected and I was told in an email that I won’t be able to re-submit them.

I provide colored and black & white versions of the logos.

I have done the following:

  • the files are in CMYK color mode;
  • the files have no stray points;
  • the files are layered by colors;
  • the shapes are closed;
  • I have provided links to the fonts used;
  • I have saved the files in AI CS 6.0 and EPS 10 for both color versions.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong… can someone explain, because I had no explanation from the reviewer…?

Mind to share the logos? Hard to say anything before seeing it.

It might help to regularly check out the Popular Items section on both Envato Elements and Envato Market to get a better idea of what types of designs are currently in demand. By observing what gets featured or receives high sales, you can fine-tune your style and submissions to align more with the expectations of the Envato review team. Sometimes, even slight differences in style, presentation, or overall trend alignment can make a big difference in whether an item is accepted.

Could the problem be that I am no longer an Exclusive author?

I might give up on GraphicRiver after those two hard-rejects…
I will have to find another platform to upload my vector graphics.

They keep rejecting my stuff and give me no answer.

The first one feels like more illustration then logo.
The second one is not bad ( although typo needs improvements ) but it’s little bit out-dated for 2024.

You may focus on Elements instead GR or find elsewhere.
