I keep getting copyright claim when I have license- Elite Music Alliance

Cautiously waiting to learn more about it before registering is perfectly understandable.
However, actively using your non-registering as a cheap marketing trick that implies that we registered authors do not respect our buyers is something else entirely. Something that remains stuck in my throat.

You can live with it. Things changed. Accept it. By the way, there’s still enough number of buyers who searching for tracks, not registered in Content ID. So it’s not a cheap marketing, as you throwing at me, it’s reality. Sadly, after registering my tracks in Content ID i found game developer who released game on Steam, using my music from Elements and even without crediting me. So after few similar cases i changed my mind completely. Have a nice weekend.

Exact same issue right now. Very annoying.

I’m having the same problem:
Copyrighted content: Soundscape Ominous Piano
Claimed by: Elite Alliance Music

In my case, I’ve used this music on almost every episode of my show, since I have a license I thought it was safe to use it! But after reading some replies here about them rejecting the disputes even with a license I’m starting to worry for my channel and full-time job… As of yet the disputes are still under review. What steps can I take to prevent the worst case scenario? Thanks in advance.

You need separate license for every video. This is from Envato Elements FAQ. You can’t use one license on all videos

HI, what exactly “seperate license for every video” means? I also got claimed by Elite Alliance Music for the music I downloaded from Envato, even with the song with no Content ID registration. I tried to dispute but all my claims were denied. I have provided the appropriate licenses, using the same format but HAAWK lifted by claims, but not Elite Alliance. So what is the problem here?

It means exactly that. Every video requires its own license. You cannot use the same license for more than one video.

Sorry but I still do not get it :frowning: My apology for my stupidness. But I really need to solve this problem since the majority of my Youtube’s music exploitation were claimed by Elite Alliance and I’m so fustrated. I’ll give you what I have done, so could you point out the mistake for me, please?

For example: I used 10 songs on my video, and 5 of them were claimed by Elite Alliance, the other 5 were claimed by HAAWK 3rd Party. Then I followed the Intructions, i opened my Video Manager, click on “Detail” to see copyright claims, and then choose “dispute” → “license”.
In the “Please include your licence information below (required)” box. I typed (i’ll give you an specific example, on a specific song and video):

"Hi there,

The music we used on our video was bought from Envato Market which we have a music standard license to use but got a claim for your song.
You can check the license here: Screenshot by Lightshot

We believe there was a mistake from the Youtube algorithm that the video we use claimed as your video.
Therefore, I would like to have the claim removed as soon as possible.

Here are our video links and the claim screenshot:

***The original music from Envato Market: ***
Beautiful Future Dream, Royalty Free Music Track - Envato Elements
Thanks a lot!"

The link of license screenshoot, the link of video has the music being claimed were all modify to match the exactly information for each situation.

I used this format and it worked with HAAWK 3rd Party, they quickly responsed to me and lifted my claim within 2 hours. But for Elite Alliance, i have to wait for more than a week with the results of dispute denied.

So what should I change and do, was I doing it wrong?
Thank you so much!

I had a look at your video, and now I know what’s going on.

It has nothing to do with having used a license on more than one video.

The issue is the video itself. It breaches the terms of use as detailed by Envato. The music has to be used in something that’s bigger in scope than itself. In most cases, the music is used as background music in a video. In your case, your video is just a support (background image) for the music. The music is the main attraction. This is clearly prohibited by the terms, which is why Elite Alliance is not lifting their claims.

Oh i understand the situation now, so there is no way to use the music as the main attraction and do not get claim… What a pity cause my Youtube channel development is mainly focus on music tho :frowning:
Thank you so much for helping, have a great day!
