I just purchased a theme, and did not get an email verification code.

The email verification code did not come. I clicked the link to resend, nothing. I changed my email address, nope… no verification. And nothing in spam boxes. So I can’t download my theme. So then, I wrote support just to receive an immediate email answer informing me that it can take up to ten days before they answer? What else can I do?
