I have two usernames associated with the same email

Hello, I have two different usernames connected to the same email. I can login to one, but I cannot seem to login to the other. When I try resetting the password for the second one, I don’t get an email to reset that password. I need to download a theme from our account.

I’m guessing you managed it by using “social network” login.
You can try to login to the account by using the social network instead of email, then you can change the address.
