Username email not delivered

Hi,
I am trying to access to another account but it’s says “Looks like these are not your correct details. Please try again.”.
I tried to request the username but the email does not arrive.

How can I fix this?

Hi @p3r31r4,

you can try to recover username from here: Recover Usernames | Envato Account
but you will need to get active your email associated with your Envato account.

Still no luck! please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
