Hi, I purchased a theme years ago, but still get the email updates that new versions are available. I tried to log in to download the latest for the first time in a couple of years and the site didn’t recognize my account and I had to create a new one with the same email address as before, but it gave me a different user name and my downloads section is empty. Is there a way to associate an old purchase with my “new” account since it is the same email address?
I tried to edit my username to be the same as the old one and the one to which the update emails are addressed (last one received was April 20th, 2023), but it tells me that one is already in use. Odd that it would remember the old username, but not the email address associated with that username.
