I have an account under the username concretepicasso100 and I have purchase history in this account. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to login to this account and I cannot. I have sent a renew password request and I have still yet to receive an email. Emi check spam folder and no email. What is going on? It sucks that something this simple can take ages to get a response in this instant age of technology. This hinders workflow. Please help I am going on week two no response.
