I purchased a website that had some issues. I contacted the seller, and
he agreed to refund my money 12 days ago. However, I have not received my money back yet.

I believe this is your policy, and I would appreciate it if you could handle this matter.

It’s probably your bank. It may take up to 3 weeks to see the amount on your account, depending on your bank refund policy.
