Hello, can someone explain this issue. I am facing another payment issue. I have not received a payment for August and September. For August, I have received the PDF earning report. But because it doesn’t reach the required amount ($46.99), I am waiting for next month’s payment report. For September, I haven’t received the PDF payment earning report that’s usually appeared on the 15th or 16th on my email, yet it has not appeared. According to the report of the latest daily element Earning in September was around $60. Why have I not received my earnings yet for these months?
This is the second time it has happened to me. Last time this happened, I was instructed to update my tax information (May and June). Do I need to update my tax information again? This is very hassle to do and it affects my work mobility. I already contacted to Envato Support via email but I will just want to describe my issue here.

Hi @kongstones_std. The Elements Earning Statements for September should be available later today (Monday 18th), with the payments all going out as normal.
Our monthly payment processing dates are the 15th for Market, and the 16th for Elements. If a payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we process those payments on the next business day.

Envato pays out your earnings to your nominated account on the 16th of each month, provided it falls on a weekday. If the 16th falls on a weekend, payments are made on the following Monday. Since the 16th was on a weekend, your payment will be processed today (Monday). Please note that it can sometimes take up to three days for the payment to reach your account.

In general, PayPal seems to go through fastest, followed by local currency bank transfers. USD bank transfers tend to take the longest, as they have the longest route to travel between banks and other payment service providers.
I think they have an issue with the videohive payments. I just received the elements’ earnings. Is there any update about the Videohive revenue? didn’t receive the payment for the videohive
