Hi… is there anyone who is the same, I have not received my September income that was paid this month. Usually my income is paid every 15-16th of each month but it’s already the 18th and there is no money in my bank account and there is no notification whatsoever including email.
I have contacted the help center but the ridiculous answer is not normal, I was told to download the envato-elements statement, very ridiculous…
I need my income payment, not a pile of reports.
What should I do?

Envato pays out your earnings to your nominated account on the 16th of each month, provided it falls on a weekday. If the 16th falls on a weekend, payments are made on the following Monday. Since the 16th was on a weekend, your payment will be processed today (Monday). Please note that it can sometimes take up to three business days for the payment to reach your account.
It’s the first time that I havent received my payment from Envato Market after almost 15 years. But it’s “normal”. I earned less than $50.
