i have bought one android app, which is not as the item was described, missing many features as described. now when i am going to take refund, author telling wait for next update. but our team has a project time, author telling wait for 2 days, and in the next update they will come with web admin panel, but i have bought the app for updating the app from admin app, which can be install on android. i bought the app cause i liked the admin app, but they telling they will come in the next update web admin panel, also in the present there was many features missing like push notification etc. but described in the description. None helping from codecanyon support also no help from the author, when i am asking for refund, they just declined by telling wait for new update. I feel like cheated. codecanyon platform getting worst. If any admin see this post please help as soon as possible. Thanks

I will leave envato if the problem was not solved, i have faced this same issue when i bought first time, from a new author, he forced me to give 5 star rating for support.
