Author not responding for support and refund

Hello CodeCanyon Team,

I have recently purchased product ecommerce link and the product is full of bugs and issues, there are many similar customers on the product comment page who is not able to get any solution.
I have also raised a support ticket 5 days ago and no response, there is also no response on the comment page.
I have requested for a refund 4 days ago and no response from Author.

I request CodeCanyon team to step in to help me and other customers who has purchased this product.

Technically the item says they support can take 5 business days so they may not have surpassed that.

Likewise the refund claim has a period of time to reply.

Once it goes beyond that then you can ask envato to get involved Envato Market Help and Support

Today is sixth day, as a developer I cannot make my client wait for six days, 1 or 2 bug is manageable but so many bugs is not acceptable.

To protect my sale, I have purchased another e-commerce script from codecanyon.
