I have been trying to contact Envato Affiliate Program support for 2 months now and unfortunately without success. I tried to write to emile.ben-atar@envato.com and affiliates@envato.com but no reply came. I also tried to write through Impact administration but also no reply. I need to address the matter regarding the hacked account and the forwarding of funds as a bonus. My account balance has disappeared and Impact support recommended me to contact you but there is no way to refer you regarding affiliate contact. Can you please send me a contact where you can reply?
It’s been provided by Impact.com, you should contact their support instead. As Impact/Envato logins are different, you will have to find a solution there. I don’t think anyone could be able to help you but you could reset your password to get the access on the Impact system. If the email has been changed already, I don’t think there’s anything you could do.

I don’t need information regarding my account but my balance disappeared from my account and was sent to your account as a bonus, so the money disappeared into your account and I need it back. It’s not a small amount and Impact support refers me to your customer affiliate support but there is no way to contact you. Therefore, I need a contact who will communicate with me and resolve the situation.
I can log into my account and the payment is registered in my history. I can send you a screen or PDF. You can see that the payment has been sent to your account.
This money has disappeared from my account and I need it back. I am in financial trouble and trying to get all the money I have on different platforms and here I noticed that it has disappeared and been sent to you.
That’s why I wrote to Impact support and they referred me to you that the money is in your account and only you can send it back to me. So please help me. This is important to me. It’s not a small amount and now I’m really struggling. It’s all money from the affiliate program when I was recommending your site and templates to my clients, so I was hoping to get some commission out of it and now it’s all gone.

I’ve written to Impact support and asked where the money went and they said that when the amount is sent as a “Bonus” it is sent to you, so I’m contacting you herewith. I am sending a screen from Balance
You need to solve the problem with the support ( via ticket ) there’s no one here to help you but I assume Impact made a mistake to send the money to Envato ( due to you didn’t withdraw the money ) therefor they will probably need to contact Envato and request the payment back to their system.
The reason why it’s sent back to Envato is probably you didn’t withdraw the money for long time and they have to clear their system - assumed you weren’t going to get the money, that’s why they sent it back to Envato. Next time, don’t wait that long and get the money after 50$.
