I just received an email from Emile from Envato Market as follows:
It’s worth mentioning that my Impact account is still active and generating income from links. So I don’t believe it’s about to be deleted. And I don’t see any notification in Impact.
So is this normal? Or just a mistake?

Same thing. Over 1.4K in balance. It seems Envato is starting to close the affiliate program, with small accounts being the first affected.

We got the same email. Account with activity and conversions. Maybe that’s a mistake

The email address shown in the screenshot, “mail@messages.impact.com,” is typically the one from which Impact emails are sent. It appears that this email was sent by mistake. It would be best to contact the affiliate support team directly at affiliates@envato.com.
