That link is just somewhere to get relevant holder images
Most likely your theme has images being used in the demo which you do not have the rights to distribute
Instead of logo can I use this img ?
Yes although this request from reviewers tends to be more about images in posts, pages, portfolios etc. rather than logos, icons etc (of course that depends what your logo is).
