I have issue with sale reversale…
All my sale maximum 20 Day to 2 month ago buyed Item
And 20 day after this all sale are reversale in this “July 2022” month…
All month minimum 5 to 7 sale reversale on my account
and this is not issue with me… so many author got this issue then does not given the support… this is a scam by codecanyon…
because no any reasone for sale reversale… i do not got the refund request no buyer complain so how to you sale are reversale to me
You can give me a my all sale reversale review then give me a my money this is every month minimum $200 to $300 losses to sale reversale…

Sales reversals are entirely outside of and beyond envato’s control and impact their income as well as yours.
It’s not a fair thing to have happen but at the same time it is not something that envato can help prevent (or any other marketplace for that matter) and you can’t blame people who have no influence on the process.

and 10 days after what the reasone of reversals…
i know if credit issue any transaction issue it like that time sale reversals otherwise 1 day 2 day ago buyed reversals…
but 2 month ago buyed and 10 day ago buyed reversals… So My sourcecode security…

I’m not debating how wrong it is BUT the decision to approve a sales reversal is beyond envato’s control or involvement
If anyone can provide a feasible way to prevent this then I am ceros cruet envato would implement it but unfortunately it’s not on on here - it’s every marketplace and has been discussed thousands of time previously
Hello, I’m a mobile developer. I want to talk about Sale Reversals.
Let’s start with some basic math. During July I sold 20+ projects. Each one cost 20$ - 30$. 20x25$, we get 500$. Do you know how many of them I got? Only 150$ !!!
The first reason is the Codecanyon Commission. The second reason is reversal. In July, out of 20+ projects there were 9sale reversals.
You should implement a license verification system provided by Envato API.
