I got my item hard rejected. Can i resubmit a revamped product?

Hi community,

I got my WordPress theme hard rejected. Now i have decided to create a new product with new name, new design and code. But the niche for the theme is same. My question is can i submit this product without any problem of having it considered as the improved version of the previous theme? Or it will be considered as a totally new theme because of the new name, design and code?

you are not able to resubmit any kind of rejected item on envato themeforest.

you can submit it if you can redesign.
