Can I delete "Soft Rejected" item and create a new submission with same item but with necessary changes?

Hello Guys,

I need little help regarding submitting my new theme on ThemeForest which was recently soft-rejected. My question is, what if I delete my soft rejected theme and create a fresh new submission instead? I will correct all issues raised from last soft-rejection but keeping same item name, description, meta etc.?

Hi,
you can update all what do you need on the item and tell the reviewer what you have done and he will check it,

I think you can if you delete the old one.

I think you can do that.

Only Rejected item are not able to resubmit again any author.
