Discount is equivalent cost per month if you subscribe for the year.
so are you saying the discount is only applicable to yearly subscription?
The discounted price is (I believe) to either annual or monthly subscriptions BUT the amount being discounted is different so to get to $11 you need to be subscribing annually and then that is the equivalent monthly cost
