I bought wrong theme for my wedding website. More details, I intended to buy a Wordpress theme but bought a web template which have the the name but it’s cheaper. I didn’t realise it until I downloaded the theme and saw the ad for the Wordpress theme with have same name but is more expensive price.
I did asked for a refund but don’t know If they accepted it or not =(

I saw lot of people have the same problem . I did check the policy but still hope I can get my refund. My wedding is coming and no penny should be wasted =(

If that author refund you then you will get back your money.
cause mistake purchase are not allowed to refund.

contact with that author hope you will getting solution soon.

You can also tell him you will purchase his WordPress item, It may after purchase WordPress he can approve refund if he is good guy

Thank you, good to know, I did bought the Wordpress one after my mistake so hope that he/she can refund me =)
