I bought the NORTH theme 2 months ago and the developer is not responding for support

I bought the NORTH Wordpress theme in November and have a conflict within the theme. I have 4 months of support remaining. The theme developer is not responding to my support requests. The site is in the final stages and I need support ti help fix a portfolio problem within the site ASAP.

How long ago did you ask for support?

You could try publishing something in the item comments.

First attempt was about 2 weeks ago and second attempt was yesterday morning.

I’d leave an item comment - presumably you are using the updated copy from less than a month ago? @Veented

Have you tried reaching out to one of the CodeCanyon authors who appears to be part of their team, GoldEyes?

This is strange for me, for many years we buy themes from Themeforest/Envato because of your reputation, documentation, and real-time reviews. I’ve never been ignored by a developer. Ever.
