I bought and template and it is removed now. How do I get support for that
Depends when you bought it.
If it’s within 6 months then worth reaching out to the author and seeing if it’s just temporarily off or permanently removed.
If it’s outside 6 months then there is not much that can be done
You can try contacting Envato Market Help and Support
If it’s permanent, depending on the support you’re expecting:
- If theme updates, most likely you won’t get it
- If it’s related to theme, you could ask questions via email as @charlie4282 suggested, within the 6 months period.
