I see some items that I bought have been removed. So now what ? Do we get our money back !
It depends on when you bought them and why they were removed.
If it was very recently then it may be worth contacting envato support about refunds. If the purchase was over 6 months ago then unfortunately there is not much that can be done. Authors have the right to remove their files and envato don’t own the copyright.
Are you sure it’s been permanently removed and not just disabled while the author makes changes?

Was it that file specifically? There’s loads of discussion about that one and copyright claims that are being disputed.
How long ago did you buy it?
You can reach out to the author (form bottom right of their profile) and ask them if it’s temporary
About 2 months ago I bought it. The author is trusted in Envato Market I contacted them hope its not permanent
