bought the Flatsome theme a few years ago and get an email when there is an update again, so that I can download it. but when I wanted to download the update I didn’t see the theme anymore?

Please download your purchased theme from your Dashboard Download tab. Go to Downloads and download from there (Assuming you are logged in in envato market).

good morning, I wanted to do that too, but the template is no longer listed there, while I do receive an email that there is an update for it?

Check your accounts ( if you have multi ) and make sure that you’re logging in to Envato with the one you have purchased.
Was indeed a different account, see the template now. I just can’t install it because it’s still on my old website, which doesn’t work anymore, but it’s strange that I don’t have my key. is there a solution for that?
