I’ve purchased this theme:

and it’s “gone” now - does it means that I can’t update it any more ? and the plugins they used inside… cannot be updated as well…
isn’t there some guarantee for item being sold here ?
It depends when you purchased it.
As per envatos T&Cs, they can not guarantee the lifespan of items.
That said - if you paid for it in the past 6 months then you may be entitled to a refund.

Likewise - it’s worth asking the author in case it’s only temporarily disabled rather than fully removed.
