we bought Homine – Real Estate WordPress Theme on 11 jun and we paid for support as well. Problem is that theme is full of bugs, we spent weeks tring to solve them and authors disappeared.
How is that possible that an item can disappear from the market when people have paid for support on it?

I think it’s a waste of time and resources, but you can drop a message to the author ->, maybe you’ll be lucky and get an answer what’s going on.

Simple like 1-2-3: no item == no support. You pay only for additional +6 months of support if you want and/or need it, but there is no guarantee that an author will remain active on the market all this time.
Consider this situation as a bad purchase and waste of time & money.
If you are still within active support period (6 months by default) and not getting any replies from the author or he is no longer on the marketplace, then just ask for a refund:
Always make sure to take a look at theme’s reviews, comments and how often is item updated. And not only for the item you are interested in but for all items by the same author to minimize the risk of purchasing a bad theme.
The theme probably has been removed by Envato or Envato may have disabled the item till the author fix the problems but in any case, you may be able to get the refund

Homine theme was really raw and unstable, even on the demo website (still online btw) you can notice a few things. It’s much easier and cheap option to change theme instead of fixing this one.
