Theme author unreachable, theme disappeared from this market place, is it really back ?

Hello Envato Community,

I bought a Theme for several customers and recently I had a lot of difficulties to reach out the author (several attempts on different platforms for an issue), then the product disappeared from this market place. Which led me to think that the theme was done. Now it’s back and the Theme has a an update, how do I know if this is the real author ?

The theme in question is “Ark”, the link “The Ark | WordPress Theme made for Freelancers by FRESHFACE | ThemeForest”. I am sorry to come here to ask this question but I honestly don’t where else I could go.

@FRESHFACE are highly experienced and respected author - I’d be fairly certain that it’s legitimate and was probably just temporarily removed whilst being updated.
