I am looking for membership wp theme. Premium users will be able to get access to digital products with download opportunity.
Any reccomendation?
You will probably be better off finding a theme you like the look of and using a plugin - check out www.codecanyon.net
Bear in mind if you are charging a user to access a site built on a theme from here then you need an extended license which is quite a bit more.
