Looking for a membership theme

Hi,
Please I am looking for a membership theme that has these characteristics:
1 - Very beautiful and engaging design.
2 - Permits to accept payments from subscribers.
3 - Permits to write hundreds (or maybe thousands) of technical articles. In fact, the website that I want to build will provide technical courses to the subscribers.
So far, the best membership theme that I found on the internet is Divi. Do you have a better suggestion.

That is almost 90 % of templates with membership plugin and you have plenty membership plugins.

If I have well understood, do you advise me to use a normal WordPress template then I add a membership plugin to it? Thanks
