How to manage support

Hey guys, how you doing?

I have a question, since I’m kinda new here. How do you guys manage the support for your items on Themeforest?

I developed and designed a certain custom ticket system and I’m wondering is there any way to check that a member’s support license didn’t expire or even if it’s valid? Also would be nice if you could provide me with a link for an automatic way and a little help how to do it?

As far as I know, Envato API lets you to check it, even you can check if it’s refunded but you may need to refer the documentation.
